This special flavour was a hit during the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival and we're excited to bring it back for those who missed it.
It's a traditional Canelé with a twist, infused with Tonka beans and filled with Chestnut custard. But we didn't stop there! It's dipped in chocolate, dusted with roasted chestnut flour and icing sugar, and topped off with chestnut vermicelles 🌰🌰🌰

The dough is slowly fermented over 48 hours, allowing flavours to mature beautifully. You'll find a delightful crunch from seeds, a hearty texture from grains, and a subtle sweetness from fermentation.

Hey everyone! We have a special new flavor just in time for Mother's Day.🌸

Our latest creation combines Chocolate and Hojicha with Blueberry and Sakadane Jam. Each ingredient adds a unique taste that we know you'll enjoy.

The Chocolate sponge is made with our own Roasted Red Sorghum flour, giving it a subtly nutty flavor. It even smells a bit like popcorn! 🍿

The Salted Ganache is a mix of chocolate and Hojicha. This pairing makes the chocolate taste even richer - it's seriously delicious. 🍫

And the Blueberry and Sakadane jam? It's a sweet, floral and sake like that adds a little something extra to every bite. 🫐

We have a new seasonal chiffon flavour!
It's a delightful blend of Feijoa, Sapo Melon, and Lemon Myrtle.

The Feijoa brings a nuanced sweet-sour flavour to the chiffon. It's a unique fruit, with vibrant tropical and guava notes. We have gently poached the feijoa and combined it with fresh Sapo Melon – a juicy, slightly sweet melon bursting with summer vibes.

The Feijoa's skin is not to be discarded. We ferment it in sugar for four days, then blend and cook it to create a syrup that we drizzle over our chiffon sponge, infusing it with an wonderfully floral kick.

Lastly, we tie all these seasonal flavours together with a touch of Lemon Myrtle. Known for its bright, lemon-lime aroma, this Australian native plant is whipped into our fresh cream, providing a citrusy lift that harmonizes beautifully with our fruity chiffon.

This all results in A chiffon cake that evokes the sensation of a Creamy Melon Soda - refreshing, tangy, and utterly irresistible!

Hey everyone! 🌟

We just wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to our amazing staff and our incredible customers who supported us during the MFWF event and over Easter. 💕

Our team has truly gone above and beyond, working tirelessly to create the best products from scratch for these special occasions. From the bread, the Vegemite curry roll to the handmade fillings and decorations for our Montblanc canelés, the zesty candied orange peel and fragrant fruit mix and spices for our hot cross buns. All made in-house with love and dedication. 🥖🥐

We're in awe of our bakery team who skillfully hand-shaped over 600 Vegemite buns, baked 650 fresh canelés (200 at a time, followed by cleaning and lining the molds to start over again😅), and crafted more than 1600 hot cross buns over four days.

A huge THANK YOU to all our customers who came and supported us during this time. We appreciate your love and are sorry if anyone missed out. Please remember that we are a small bakery with limited space, doing our best to deliver our heartwarming creations within the confines of our tiny workspace. 🙏

Once again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your unwavering support. We couldn't have done it without you, and we're excited to keep baking and serving you the very best.
